McCrae Feng-Shui (Swedish Massage)

My signature modality, created from studies of African\Asian massage. This rhythmic massage, is similar to Swedish massage.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a healthy way to eliminate stress, promote complete wellness and a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. This therapy relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as edema (or swelling), stiff neck, backaches, leg cramps, and headaches.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone therapy enhances massages with soothing heat and smoothness. Basalt stones placed strategically on the body promote relaxation and holistic treatment, offering benefits like immune boost, stress reduction, better sleep, and pain relief.

Tens Add on

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a method of pain relief involving the use of a mild electrical current. During the first 15minute of an existing massage session, A TENS device is connected surrounded affected.

Rapid Tension Relief Massage Gun add on

Rapid tension relief replaces the first or last 15 minutes of your existing service session with percussion massage to selected muscle group.

McCrae Feng-Shui (Relaxation) Massage

Every Therapist has their “own style.” Like finger prints, no two are alike. My signature styles are created from studies of African\Asian massage modalities. This rhythmic feng-shui (wind-water) like movement massage, similar to Swedish massage, applies manual skin manipulation; (gliding strokes, pressing, scratching limbs and applying heat) primarily intended to soothe and relax.

Deep Tissue Massage

$120 - 60 mins

$145- 90 mins

A Deep tissue massage targets and address tightness and tension in underlying layers of muscle and connective tissue. Applying more pressure and using slower movements, firm to deep pressing, kneading, holding, and rocking techniques, are used to bring aid to affected areas in this treatment.

Sports Massage

$120 - 60 mins

Our Sports Massage is focused and systematic, targeting muscles that are used in a specific sport. It uses various techniques to decrease muscle pain and improve recovery, as well as improve overall range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement.

Massage with Sauna Service

$160 - 90 mins

Pair 75minutes hands on, deep tissue or relaxation massage with a 15minute starter or recovery sauna service. Benefits for sauna starters: take 15minutes to give your muscles and mind a head start in warming and relaxing before your treatment. This will also reduce blood pressure and improves circulation during your massage. A few benefits to post sauna: aiding a more speedy recovery after deep tissue massage and promote weight loss through calories burned from increased sweating after massage.

Couples Massage with Sauna Love

Enjoy a dual relaxation message session with your partner. In this session, each person is paired with a therapist of their choose who will provide a gentle, flowing style massage that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and enhances your overall wellness feeling.
